Junior Interior Architect / Project Administrator

We are looking to find an enthusiastic, experienced and very organised Junior Interior
Architect / Project Administrator who can help support and become an integral part of
the design team on a wide variety of projects in the UK and abroad.

The Role:
This is a full time role based in our Hungerford head office, but travel to London and
elsewhere will be required on a regular basis. The role is varied and involves support
with developing interior architectural designs as well as furniture and product
development. Admin related to all aspects of decorative and FF&E schemes and
presentations, as well as client, supplier and contractor communications will be key.
• Fluent in CAD
• General and administrative support for the designers in executing their ideas for
both architectural projects and product development
• Assisting the designers to put together presentations and digital mood boards
• In putting data for all estimates
• Attending site and client visits
• Sourcing and creating hardware specs
• Liaising with clients
• Communicating with contractors and suppliers
Skills and Experience:
• IT literate – knowledge and fluent in Estimac and CAD
• Minimum of two years’ experience at a design studio would be ideal
• Translate design concepts into detailed presentations and supporting
documentation
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car, as travel will be essential

• Proactive, flexible and have good initiative
• Highly efficient and organised
• Happy to support all administrative aspects of the design process (we are a small
team of six and all help each other)
• Confident in liaising with clients and prioritising
• Share our design vision and aesthetic and be committed to attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a support role as well as have own initiative. • Happy to travel
